Opening up about her latest single and offering up some exciting news for her fans, Demi Lovato phoned into "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" earlier this morning (August 22).
When asked how she feels since the release of her super-candid hit song "Skyscraper," the former "Sonny with a Chance" star told the host, “I feel like it definitely opened up my audience a little. Because I was no longer just hearing from a younger demographic and it really inspired me more to make music. Because it just took off and had its own journey. It was just incredible.”
Showing her gratitude for the well-wishes during her recovery, Demi has planned a special 'thank you' for her biggest supporters by adding two concert dates for next month.
“These shows are basically thanking my fans for being so supportive throughout this entire journey," she told Seacrest.
The first of the pair of stops will be at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York on September 17th, while the second show will happen September 23rd at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Tickets for both events go on sale this Friday, August 26 at 10am local time.
