34 year-old model/actress Malin Akerman embraces the cover of Shape Magazine this month, where she opens up about her indulgences, energy levels and her good genes:

On her favorite foods:
“Oh, believe me, I have my splurges. I can’t live without chocolate. Though I barely consider it an indulgence because it’s good for you. I also love a thick steak and french fries. I try not to eat them more than once a week, but if they somehow land on the table in front of me, I won’t hold back. You’ve got to allow yourself the things you enjoy or you’ll just be miserable.”
On drinking alcohol:
“I love to drink wine, but when I avoid it, I have so much more energy – and that’s what I need when I’m focusing on my body.”
On what she likes least about her body:
“I’m not going to lie: I was born with good genes. But when I overindulge, I can get a paunch in my belly. And I’ve always wished I had more beef in my booty.”

Swimsuit Sexy Jennifer Lopez: Backing Out Of 'American Idol'?

She's just been named the most powerful female celebrity by Forbes magazine while slated to begin a world tour and her new film hits theaters this Friday, but now it appears as if Jennifer Lopez is backing out of her position as judge on "American Idol."

After two consecutive seasons as judge, Lopez - who flaunted her fabulous 42-year-old swimsuit figure for the June 2012 issue of Vogue magazine - first hinted at not returning for another season on a recent episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," saying, "I don't know if I can go for a third year. I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down."

However, now sources close to the music superstar say the rumor is true, explaining, "There is just too much going on for her right now," adding, "she regrets she can't stay on the show, it's been an incredible experience and she is forever grateful that she did it."

Though the "What To Expect When You're Expecting" beauty has not officially confirmed the news herself, "American Idol" executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe, tells TMZ, they want her to stay, saying, "We want her back. I want her back," adding, "I know how much she loves doing the show and how much she cares for the kids." That said, Nigel finished by stating, "It's a business. She has to weigh everything. I know she's gotten lots of offers to do movies and other things."

Now that her return is up in the air, let the multimillion dollar negotiations begin!

Hot mom Jessica Alba (31) recently opened up to iVillage about feeling sexy post-babies, her weight and body image – let’s see what she says:

It’s really amazing how your perspective shifts and your definition of sexy evolves once you become a mother. Before having Honor and Haven, I was super-critical of my looks and worried more about inevitable changes to my body. I couldn’t even say the word “sexy” to describe myself without feeling funny and awkward.
But becoming a mom has definitely made me feel more confident and secure than I ever did in my 20s. Even though I can’t ever get down to my pre-baby weight before having Honor, my jeans don’t zip up the same way, and things just hang differently (all moms know how that goes!), I feel completely comfortable in my skin and my idea of perfection has changed. I don’t really care about my body image anymore because it just doesn’t matter now that I have children. Instead, I focus on my health, feeling strong, and making sure I’m up and running so I can spend that all-important time with the girls.
Having babies also helped me embrace my sexuality. Up until then, I was quite shy about it. But once I experienced how incredible and amazing it was to create a life, it was empowering. Now, I feel freer to express myself and just be me. Through motherhood I really came into my own and, for me, feeling sexy is all about this type of comfort, confidence, and true happiness.

She's been busily building The Honest Company into quite the business startup, but Jessica Alba squeezed time into her packed schedule to lend her beauty to the cover of the June 2012 issue of Marie Claire magazine.

Set to hit newsstands Tuesday, May 22nd, the 31-year-old actress looked elegant in Salvatore Ferragamo and Oscar de la Renta designs for the Tesh shot spread while opening up about topics such as growing more assured of herself and her former, sexier self.

On being showcased in Maxim-ready looks early in her career:
“I had a show [Fox’s Dark Angel] that premiered when I was 19. And right away, everyone formed a strong opinion about me because of the way I was marketed. I was supposed to be sexy, this tough action girl. That’s what people expected…I felt like I was being objectified, and it made me uncomfortable. I wanted to be chic and elegant!”

On how she has grown more assured of herself in recent years:
“Now that I’m older, I’ve learned how to own it, but I’m still not very overt. There are some women who dress for men. I dress for myself. It took me some time to get here. Being a mom and feeling grown-up have helped. Now if I’m going to wear something short, it has to have a high neck or a little sci-fi toughness to it, an edge.

On her former, sexier self:
“I like to get positive attention. But if I have a choice between someone noticing in a negative way what I’m wearing and going, What was she thinking? or someone not noticing what I’m wearing, I would rather not make a statement at all and just have a good conversation instead.”

With his new movie "Rock of Ages" set to hit theaters on June 15th, Tom Cruise amped up promotions by landing the cover of the June 2012 issue of W magazine.

The 49-year-old actor showed off his rocker look in Rita Ryack leather pants while sandwiched between models Edita Vilkeviciute and Abbey Lee Kershaw for the Mario Sorrenti shot front page.

On whether he sang around the house as a kid:
"You know what? I did the scene from Risky Business around the house. I would sing Bob Seger—my mother worked, my sisters were out, and I’d turn the music up. I learned how to dance watching Soul Train. I noticed that if a guy could dance, he’d get a lot of attention and girls would want to dance with him. I worked very hard at imitating those moves."

On why he wanted to do a musical now:
"Kate [Holmes, Cruise’s wife] loves musicals. She sings and dances, and we kind of went through the history of musicals together. And Suri loved Hairspray. With kids, you watch everything over and over; I watched Hairspray 15 times with Suri. I thought Adam Shankman did a great job directing the movie, so I arranged to meet him and said, “Where’s our musical?” He came back and said, “Rock of Ages.” We went and saw it in L.A., and for me…I didn’t know how to play the character like that. I had to find my own Stacee Jaxx."

On the plentiful sexy scenes in 'Rock of Ages':
"I knew we had to push the sexuality because of the nature of the character and the songs. He’s singing, “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Adam has a sweetness with this stuff, so you can push things pretty hard. With Malin, I thought of Susan Sarandon in The Rocky Horror Picture Show—incredibly sexy and very sweet."

Zooey Deschanel Dazzles at 2012 Fox Upfront

Out showing support for the home of her newest series, Zooey Deschanel was spotted working the black carpet at the 2012 Fox Upfronts event in New York City on Monday (May 14).

The “New Girl” beauty looked chic in a black skirt, white top with a cleavage-bearing cutout and a bright red lip while she posed for awaiting photographers during the star-studded evening.

Showing off what’s to come next season, FOX introduced new programs including “Ben and Kate,” which is a series that follows a brother who moves in with his sister to help her raise her daughter. The network also revealed new shows “The Mindy Project” and “Mob Doctor.”

Aside from news about the new programs, FOX used their upfront to also debut the new judges joining “The X Factor.” As previously reported by GossipCenter, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato will be the newest faces to join the talent show along with veteran judge L.A. Reid and show creator/judge Simon Cowell.

The 38-year-old big screen beauty looks elegant in a sequined gown by Donna Karan New York for the Norman Jean Roy shot front page while opening up about topics including infertility, being a bread-winner and her raunchy-comedy sex scenes.

On having a son, Felix, via a gestational surrogate:
"It's essentially a test-tube baby—it's just that the test tube is another woman. That you can grow a baby outside of yourself! It's just amazing!"

On playing a pregnant woman in multiple movies:
"I had already mourned the loss of my fertility for myself, so I was past it. The only time it really affected me was when Alec Baldwin looked me straight in the eye and asked me, 'Are you pregnant right now?' And I blanched totally. Because of course, technically, no. I wasn't."

On thinking that she had physical impediments to an acting future:
"I thought I had chicken legs, and I thought, Oh, my boobies are too small. It was the era of Cindy Crawford and The Body—and I didn't have that."

On outearning her husband:
"Well, we're the first generation to do it. And it's very ingrained even in our DNA that men are hunter-gatherers who are meant to go off and provide. And that we are really meant to stay at home and have kids.... Let's be honest. Men love a second income. It gets them their boat and their vacations. They want their wives to work."
