Red Hot Ashley Greene's Waxing Salon Sexiness

She's certainly a stunning sight, and Ashley Greene was looking fabulous while out and about in North Hollywood, CA on Thursday afternoon (February 2).

The "Twilight" hottie donned a candy apple red top with skintight grey pants and towering heels as she headed inside a local waxing salon to keep up on her lovely looks.

The day's beautification comes as Miss Greene was recently revealed as the March 2012 Lucky cover girl, with the featured interview finding the 24-year-old talk about how she was able to resist the Tinseltown party scene so that she could focus on launching her now ultra-successful career.

Ashley explained, "I was like 'Oh, I can go out and do this and do that,' and it took me about five seconds to realize 'If you do that, you're not going to book jobs, and there are 10,000 girls who want your job'.

"It's all glitz and glamor in Hollywood, and you want to be part of it. And the deadly thing is that you meet people who do have the money and do have fame and are in a position to not spend every waking moment working toward getting a job, and it's easy to feel like you can do it too, when really you haven't earned it," Greene added. "You can either socialize or you can study your script, and luckily I learned that pretty quick!"

Brad Pitt Feels "Privileged" To Be a Storyteller

He's certainly in full steam ahead promotional mode, and Brad Pitt added another cover gig to his efforts by fronting the February 2012 issue of Backstage.

The 48-year-old big screen superstar spoke at length with the publication while beginning with his tale of falling in love with acting/storytelling and working through topics such as the auditioning experience and his take on whether he feels underrated as a thespian.

Highlights from Brad's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Backstage!

On when he first realized he wanted to be an actor:
"I grew up in Oklahoma and Missouri, and I just loved film. My folks would take us to the drive-in on summer nights, and we'd sit on the hood of the car. I just had this profound love for storytelling. I think it's just an amazing thing we get to do. We are so complex, we are mysteries to ourselves, we are difficult to each other. And then here's this storytelling that reminds us we are all the same. I consider it such a privilege."

On whether he's ever felt underrated as an actor:
"No. I thought I could always get there or make that turn as long as they let me stay in the game. Listen, I've been pretty fortunate. And if I've ever been underrated, it's actually been something I've been able to work with; I can surprise people. It sets me up to exceed expectations, so I don't mind.

On his take on the audition experience:
"You're sitting in a room, and you all kind of look alike, and you're all going over your lines, you can hear the audition going on inside. And you have these few pages of black lines on white paper, and it says you smile here, you do this there. You start hearing the same thing over and over. Now you think of the people on the other side there, the people that are running the casting sessions. By the third, the fourth, the 10th, the 20th, they're hearing the same thing, and then suddenly someone comes in and does something different. And it lands. Now you can't be different for different's sake, and this doesn't always work, but you have to separate yourself from the normal read. Of course, it has to be truthful. If it's not truthful, don't waste your time. I think that's the key thing that took me a while to figure out."

Rooney Mara's Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue Interview

She’s one of the most-talked-about stars in Tinseltown as of late, and Rooney Mara looks exquisite on the cover of Vanity Fair’s new Hollywood Issue.

The “Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” actress sports a muted pink satin dress and bangy cropped black coif on the cover shot, posing alongside Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Chastian, and Mia Wasikowska.

During her on-set interview, Rooney shared that her taste in film isn’t usually satisfied by the mainstream entertainment industry.

“Most of the actors I admire the most don’t get that much press, but on purpose. I think usually throughout the year, some of the best performances are sort of the ones that are under the radar. I usually think the most interesting work is the work that is not viewed by the masses.”

And when asked if there’s one movie that she’ll always watch if it’s on TV, Rooney confessed, “Zoolander.”
