Beyonce Sings "I Was Here," Hasn't Given Birth... Yet

While she was included in the star-laden lineup of performers, Beyonce Knowles' appearance during "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve" turned out to be a pre-recorded performance rather than a live effort.

Widely expected to not be in attendance, the pregnant singer was featured belting out a never before aired stage rendition of the song "I Was Here" that was captured at one of her most recent tour's concerts in London.

Explaining the reason behind Beyonce's inability to be on-hand, co-host Ryan Seacrest also quashed rumors that she'd already given birth to a baby girl, as he said, “Obviously, Beyoncé couldn’t be here tonight because she’s about to give birth to her first child.”

Further ending claims that Miss Knowles' bundle of joy had arrived this past week, NY Daily News sources dished that she was spotted with a "considerable baby bump" while enjoying a quiet New Year's Eve dinner at Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn with rap mogul husband Jay-Z.

After wrapping up her honorable role of helping NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg drop the ball in Times Square, Lady Gaga continued forth with her New Year's Eve celebratory festivities by making her way over to her father's restaurant Joanne on West 68th Street.

Named in honor of the "You and I" singer's dad's late sister, who died at age 19 from lupus, the Italian-American eatery drew out plenty of star power including Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough, as well as Ashley Tisdale, Derek Hough and Jenny McCarthy.

As for her experience dropping the ball to ring in 2012, Gaga was overwhelmed by the happenings, as she tweeted, "I cant even quite describe what tonight felt like. Sort of poetic madness. A dream come true. Moments recalling a leather taking the subway."

The 25-year-old superstar also offered up her resolution for the next twelve months, as she posted another message reading, "My new years resolution: Never be afraid to be kicked in the teeth. Let the blood and the bruises define your legacy. - Lady Gaga 2012"

Christina Aguilera's New Year's Family Barn Chowdown

Spending time on the east coast, Christina Aguilera was spotted toting son Max Bratman in her arms after chowing down on a delicious dinner at The Barn restaurant in New Jersey on Sunday night (January 1).

The 31-year-old singer was dressed down in a black jacket, unbuttoned plaid shirt, black leggings and a Hysteric Glamour ballcap as she doted kisses upon her little prince while following boyfriend Matt Rutler out to the family car.

The outing comes just after a short music snippet hit YouTube (listen below) which claims to be from Miss Aguilera's forthcoming fifth studio album's very first single - though the validity has been drawn into question due to the fact that no singing is included.

And while it's still up in the air as to whether the eighteen second clip is actually from Christina's tune, she has confirmed that her debut single will be released next month while titled "F*** Your Body" with the radio friendly version to be dubbed "Love Your Body".

Stephanie Pratt: I'm Engaged!!!

Making for a night in which she'll always cherish, Stephanie Pratt is all set to walk down the aisle after having gotten engaged over the New Year's holiday weekend!

The former "Hills" star took to Sin City with a few close friends including fellow MTV reality star alum Lauren Conrad, with the group joining a long list of celebs helping open up Hyde Bellagio inside the Bellagio Resort & Casino on Saturday night (December 31).

Being presented with a glitzy diamond sparkler as she ushered in 2012, Miss Pratt tweeted a picture of the ring the following day while writing,"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I am still in shock!!"

As for her fiance, Miss Pratt has been carefully keeping her beau's identity under wraps - though our source tells that the lucky fella happens to be actor/promoter David Osokow.

Clearly pleased with her engaged status, Stephanie voiced her happiness with a New Year's Day tweet which read, "So far 2012 is awesome!!!! I wish you all good luck, good health and great wealth!! Love u all!!!"
