Sources tell TMZ the Canadian model won't be charged criminally for allegedly shoving his daughter's nanny many weeks ago, an act that has resulted in various hearings and court battles between Aubry and ex-girlfriend Halle Berry.

While a battery report was filed by the nanny in question, a l. a. County Attorney spokesman says there is "insufficient evidence" against Gabriel to pursue any charges.
However, there's still masses to figure out between Aubry, Berry and therefore the L.A. Department of youngsters and Family Services, particularly once Nahla told officers that she's typically petrified of her father, owing to his outbursts of anger.
For now, Aubry will solely see his kid underneath the supervision of a monitor, whereas Berry has petitioned a court to permit her to maneuver to France with Nahla and fiance Olivier Martinez.
