Johnny Depp Premieres "The Rum Diary" in LA
It’s one of the most highly-anticipated films of the year, and “The Rum Diary” made its Los Angeles, CA debut on Thursday night (October 13).
The adventure/drama flick premiere brought out its cast like fan favorite Johnny Depp, along with Amber Heard and Aaron Eckhart.
Held at the LACMA Bing Theater, the crowd was abuzz as the movie stars arrived, posed for pictures and talked with press before heading inside the screen showing.
Per IMDB’s website, “The Rum Diary” involves an American journalist Paul Kemp who takes on a freelance job in Puerto Rico for a local newspaper during the 1950s and struggles to find a balance between island culture and the ex-patriots who live there.
