Whitney Houston's Pre-Flight Takeoff Fiasco
Causing a bit of turbulence ahead of takeoff, Whitney Houston was reportedly nearly kicked off a Delta Airlines flight yesterday (October 12) as she refused to buckle her seat belt.
According to TMZ, who cites multiple sources of the incident, the "Greatest Love of All" songstress took to her seat aboard the aircraft but failed to strap on her safety buckle despite being prompted by crew members.
As an insider tells the site, Whitney got "diva" on the persistent flight attendant, forcing another member to be called in - who finally resolved the matter.
Finally cleared for takeoff from the Atlanta airport, another source explained that Houston "overreacted a little bit after missing an earlier flight but she's still 100% sober and was on the way to Detroit for her first day of shooting a new movie."
