Johnny Depp Set for Dr. Seuss Biopic
He's played some of the most beloved fictional characters of all time, and now Johnny Depp has signed on to work and possibly play Dr. Seuss in Illumination Entertainment's upcoming biopic.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Illumination Entertainment and Infinitum Nihil are currently in development on a live-action movie centering on the fascinating life of author and illustrator Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss.
Unlike some of his previous hits, producers say this picture will not rely on GGI, but will likely offer some level of animation.
While this project is carrying through its production period, fans can next see Depp in a variety of computing films including "Hugo," "The Run Diary," "Ranger," and "Dark Shadows".
