Jessica Alba Files Lawsuit Against Belly Bandit Maker
Making her midweek rounds, Jessica Alba kept herself busy with a full day of errands in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday (October 11).
The "Sin City" actress looked falltime chic as she filled up her Audi crossover vehicle before grabbing up lunch and getting her nails done at a local salon.
The outing comes just as TMZ is reporting that Miss Alba has filed a lawsuit against a company using her name to help boost sales of their product called the Belly Bandit.
The lawsuit alleges that the company "prominently featured and posted a photograph of Alba, and listed her name under the 'Celebrity Testimonials' section of their Website."
TMZ tells that Jessica is seeking over a million dollars in damages while also demanding her name be removed from future advertisements.
