Gerard Butler: Santa Cruz Wetsuit Stud
Closing out the week with another full day of work duties, Gerard Butler was busy cranking out surfing scenes in Santa Cruz on Friday (October 14).
Clad in his wetsuit, the Scottish stud is portraying Rick Frosty Hesson in the movie "Men and Mavericks".
During his time on-set, Gerard mingled with a crowd of onlookers while signing autographs and posing for pictures before heading into the ocean to film a paddle-out scene with a thousand extras.
The outing comes as it is also being reported that Butler is lined up for another new role in a film titled "Hunter Killer".
Written by Don Keith and George Wallace, the movie revolves around a team of NAVY Seals in a submarine sent on a mission to Russia to try and stop an admiral from going to war with America.
