Elizabeth Olsen's New York Film Fest Night
Taking her turn to promote her upcoming movie "Martha Marcy May Marlene," Elizabeth Olsen attended a press conference at the 49th New York Film Festival on Wednesday (October 5).
Showing off her simple yet chic style, the 22-year-old actress donned a classic white collared dress shirt, high-waisted pencil skirt and black and white print pumps for the promotional event.
During her interview for the November 2011 edition of Elle magazine, Elizabeth opened up about her initial interest in acting, telling, "Watching old Frank Sinatra musicals when I was, like, 6. I wanted to be one of the love interests when I got older.”
As for her decision to take a year off from school to focus on her film career, Miss Olsen told, "They’re all indies, so the shoots were relatively short—it was great because every single film was a genre, and the directors were so completely different. It helped me figure out what worked for me and how I would adapt. It was difficult at times— like a great year of conservatory training. It was that intense.”
